    Hello, my name is Aneta (Annette’a)


    I am a European born coach who is combining two different approaches and sets of knowledge. A short story: recently I was told that I come from a very interesting country where people use a lot of herbs but not for cooking. They drink their herbs in form of teas. 🙂
    Being bilingual and bi-cultural is a big advantage. I live near Chicago but with today’s technology I have clients all over the world.

    I help busy professionals to overcome physical and mental challenges to restore balance in their lives. Yes, you got it right! I work with busy people who forget to take care of themselves.

    I have my master’s of art in education however I used to run my own medical billing company for the past 12. Yes, I have some credentials to do that. 🙂

    I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and studied under Andrea Nakayama the art of functional nutrition.

    I am also a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200). NUTRITION-MINDSET-ACTIVITY always go together.

    I have attended numerous training’s and workshops on various health and wellness topics, yoga, mindset, and meditations so I have different sets of tools I can apply if needed.

    Who I Mostly Work With?

    I work with professionals who are ready for a change but they do not know where to start. They tried so many different things but nothing seems to help.

    Holistic approach focuses on body, mind and spirit as only by combining those three elements, individuals are able to gain better self-awareness and appreciation for more balanced life. The balanced life brings more healing, energy and fulfillment. Holistic coaching provides the tools to achieve it.

    I coach my clients to create environments and action plans that support their goals and desires, and assist them with using right for them nutrition and techniques to help them to remove blocks and obstacles that are on their way to fulfilled and healthy living.
