I am adding to my coaching NLP that stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming which is a model of how we communicate to ourselves and others. It is like a user’s manual for the brain and learning how to become fluent in the language of your mind so your conscious mind will finally understand what you actually want in your life.
NLP is a set of tools and techniques and a little bit more than that. It’s an attitude and a methodology of knowing how to achieve your goals and get results. It is to empower you to do your best and succeed by helping you to get in control of your mind, your emotional state, and your life.
You create your own reality. Everything is coming from the inside and manifest in the outside world. When you are born your mind is card blanche and till 7 year old you accumulate the base for your unconscious mind. Through your life you add all the different experiences and feelings and as it is too much information some of those go deeper into your unconscious mind and you forget about them.
The whole process is about bringing out all those unwanted fears, thoughts, behaviors and feelings to learn how they sabotage you from achieving your goals now.
Not only does the thought you are choosing right now attracts the next thought and the next one but it also provide the basis of your alignment with yourself. As you consistently and deliberately think and speak more of what you want to do and less of what you do not want to do, you will find yourself more often in alignment with the pure, positive essence of your true self. Deep inside you know what is good and not good for you. You create your own model of the world which is totally different from mine or other people. In NLP nobody is going to tell you what to do but will help you to understand what you truly want.
